Patriot Drug & DNA Testing, Inc. was started in 2004 by Nancy Harms (president) and her husband William Holmes (chief of operations). They are a license affiliate with American Medical Compliance Testing, Inc (AMCTI), a company they had been associated with for several years.

William and Nancy had both been exposed to drug testing during their mutual careers, and are strongly aware of how important it is to have drug free schools and workplaces. Nancy is a Masters prepared RN and served as a Navy Nurse for 20 years. Nancy was one of the first nurses to achieve certification via the American Academy of Medical Administrators. Her husband William was a Navy Chief Hospital Corpsman (FMF) for over 22 years, with a degree in Hospital Administration and a Master’s degree in Human Relations. Following their Navy careers, they both worked at a military boarding school for several years before venturing into the field of industrial medical screening and drug detection services.

Nancy is a CPR Instructor and a Suicide Awareness Instructor, and recently became a Certified Instructor for the American Medical Training Institute.

Patriot Drug & DNA Testing, Inc. qualifies as a veteran-owned and minority owned business. It is a certified woman owned business (WBE) in the Commonwealth of Virginia and qualified as a HUB (Historically Underutilized Business) in the State of North Carolina.
